Who we are
Fenwick & Rowe Event Hire is a furniture and tableware hire business based at Unit 4, Mill Lane Yard, Winchester SO23 7AB. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
What we collect
When you send a quote request or a message, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, guest count, delivery preferences and any notes, together with the pieces and quantities in your wishlist.
We do not ask for payment details through this website.
Your wishlist
Your wishlist is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. It contains only the pieces, options and quantities you choose, never your contact details. You can clear it at any time from the wishlist page, and it is cleared automatically once your request has been sent.
How we use your information
We use your details to prepare your quote, check availability, plan delivery and collection, and reply to your messages. If you book with us, we use them to manage your booking and send related updates.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the business, such as our website platform, email provider and accounting software, and only as needed to provide them. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept for six years to meet accounting requirements.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within one month.
